What do I need to order Living Future Awards and Certificates online?
To order your Living Future Awards or Certificates you will need your:

  • ILFI project ID
  • Project name

The details you provide will be verified in ILFI’s database of certified projects.

What is my ILFI project ID and how do I find it?
Your ILFI project ID, or reference ID, is a unique identifier assigned to your project through Portal (ILFI's certification platform). You can find the project ID on your Portal homepage or on the specific project's page in Portal. The project ID should take the form PT-##########. If you're unable to locate the project ID, contact lbc.certification@living-future.org.

How can I confirm the details of my order are correct?
Once Eclipse Awards has received the details of your awards/certificate order, they will email you an artwork proof displaying the details of your order. Please review your artwork proof to ensure that all details are correct, and let Eclipse know if any changes are required. Your artwork approval is required before your order can be produced, so please review it in a timely manner. 

How can I pay for my order?
During checkout, you can select to pay by credit card or check. If paying by check, you will receive an invoice for payment as soon as your order is confirmed. We are unable to ship your order until payment has been received, so prompt payment is requested to avoid delivery delay.

* Note that all orders are charged in USD, regardless of where your order is placed or shipped. If paying by credit card, your credit card company will process the transaction at their prevailing exchange rate and convert to your home currency. Canadian orders will be taxed according to the taxes of the Province your order is shipped to. 

How long will my order take?
Orders for awards and certificates will be delivered within 6 weeks from the date you approve your artwork.

Are rush services available?
A 3 week lead time may be available for a 15% surcharge. Please select this option during checkout or inquire for details.

Is shipping included in the price?
For awards, shipping is a separate charge that is calculated during checkout and based on your location and order size. Certificates, when ordered alone, have a flat rate shipping charge of US$25 within the US and Canada. You can include as many certificates as you wish for the $25 shipping charge.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS and a tracking number is provided with each shipment. Eclipse Awards guarantees safe delivery on all orders originating directly from Eclipse Awards. We are unable to ship on client’s courier accounts. 

I made an error, can I return my award or certificate?
Because all awards and certificates are personalized and made to order, all sales are final. In the event of an error, Eclipse Awards offers a 20% courtesy discount on replacements.
